Villa Alberto is a privately owned, lovingly kept villa set on two floors, arranged as 5 independent self-contained apartments just 15 minutes walk from the historic, enchantingly breathtaking village of Castellabate. Each apartment has private parking and wonderful elevated views overlooking the sea, the bay of Santa Maria, surrounding countryside and the island of Capri. Villa Alberto nestles in its own grounds and is surrounded by flowers, plants, orange, lemon, almond, cherry, walnut, apricot, plum trees and a seasonal vegetable and herbgarden. Each apartment has been thoughtfully and tastefully furnished. Rooms are light and airy, having either double doors or large double shutter windows opening out on to their own spacious 180 degree terraces which surround the villa for a complete all round view of the bay and countryside. Villa Alberto is a wonderful location for guests seeking quality accommodation in a tranquil, relaxed setting within easy reach of beaches, villages and local attractions. Villa Alberto is only 10 -15 minutes walk – first part up hill, from the centre of the charming, medieval, village of Castellabate. We welcome couples, families and groups. Villa Alberto is also a perfect choice for photographers, artists, walkers, yoga enthusiasts or those who just wish to relax. Villa Alberto can also be rented for exclusive use.

In 2009 the village of Castellabate was chosen for the re-make of the classic film 'Benvenuti al Sud', which won the hearts of many Italians and cinema fans on its release in late 2010 for amongst other things, its traditions, outstanding views, food, generousity, honesty and heart felt warmth. Castellabate is described as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.

by foot in half an hour (for those who prefer walking) or within 10 minutes by local bus.
