In the combined lounge, kitchen, dining room there is a full size French style day bed settee, dining table and chairs. The modern bathroom has a walk in shower and bidet. All rooms are light and airy, the master bedroom has double doors opening out on a private terrace and the twin bedroom has large double shutter windows opening out on to the principle private terrace. Amarena has its own private 90sqm, 180 degree aspect terraces. Facilities include a modern newly fitted kitchen, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, iron, ironing board, flat screen TV and dvd player.

APARTMENT ALBICOCCO - (2 Bedrooms, Sleeps max 6) 80sqm
Albicocco is on the first floor and has 2 bedrooms, plus a child size single bed in the central hallway. In the combined lounge, kitchen, dining room there is a full size French style day bed settee, a large dining table and chairs. The modern bathroom has a walk in shower and bidet. All rooms are light and airy, both bedrooms have double doors opening out on to their own terraces. Albicocco has its own private 80sqm, 180 degree aspect terraces. Facilities include a fitted kitchen with butler sink and marble work surfaces, 2 fridges, double range oven and hob, iron, ironing board, HD flat screen TV and dvd player.

APARTMENT ALBERTINA - (1 Bedroom. Sleeps max 2) 55sqm
Albertina is on the ground floor and has 1 double bedroom. Facilities include a modern newly fitted kitchen, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, ironing board, hd flat screen TV and dvd. The bathroom is large and modern, with a double walk in shower and bidet. Apartment Albertina has its own small patio directly outside the apartment as well as a second small private patio in an elevated position.

Basilico, Albicocco, Nocino & Amarena apartment prices are per apartment per night in UK pounds sterling or Euro, and are based on up to 4 people sharing.
Apartment Albertina prices are based on up to 2 people staying.
Please add £12, per person per night to the cost for each additional person staying (maximum 6 people).

Herbs, fruit and vegetables grown in the private garden are available for you to pick in season.

A quality communal BBQ and washing machine is available for everyone to use. There is also free WI-FI and free private parking (1 car per apartment)

Each apartment has its own private terrace with outside furniture for dining, restaurant size umbrella and plenty of sun chairs for relaxing as well as one private parking space per apartment within the grounds.

Rental is on a daily basis, minimum 5 nights.
Apartments are ready for check in from 4pm and check out is by 10am to allow time for cleaning.

Rates are per apartment, and are inclusive of: water, gas, electricity and initial bed linen, pillowcases and bathroom towels. Optional change of linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels at 12 euro per person). There is a £ 40 final cleaning charge for up to 4, £ 50 for 5, £ 60 for 6 people.

Deposit and balance: the deposit is 30%, payable at the time of booking, and the balance is due two weeks prior arrival. Accidental damage, breakage, excess cleaning deposit: we kindly ask that all clients pay a cash deposit on arrival of either £150 or 150 euros (refundable on departure or within 14 days of departure) to cover eventualities such as the cost of breakage or excess cleaning.

As well as free WI-FI at Villa Alberto, there are also WI-FI hot spots in the village. We also offer the option of hiring a combined portable air-conditioning / air-purifying / dehumidifying unit for 100 euro per week. (we kindly ask you to reserve at the time of booking).
